How do I place an order on Brotlen?
Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can create an account or checkout as a guest.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website.
How do I create a Brotlen account?
Click on "Sign Up" at the top of our website and follow the instructions. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].
What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item when you receive it following our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations.
Is it safe to pay online with Brotlen?

Why was my payment declined?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working to expand our international shipping options in the future.

You may request an address change by contacting customer service immediately after placing your order, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.
Do you offer returns?
We currently do not offer returns. However, we do offer replacements for defective or wrong items delivered. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
How does the replacement process work?
If your product is damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. Once approved, we'll dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you refund payments?
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability. In such cases, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Store your items in their original packaging when not in use. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or moisture.
Are Brotlen products waterproof?
Our products are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water.
